Purchasing Procedure

Thank you for your interest in learning more about our new real estate projects in the community of Los Delfines. With a variety of home options and delivery dates; Villas, Condos and Custom Homes, purchasing and payment terms vary.

In all cases you will have to travel to Costa Rica to visit Los Delfines and confirm your purchase. This visit is necessary to provide you with an informed decision on what you have reserved and how you would like to utilize your investment; be it to live in, rent out or simply enjoy as your own, personal vacation home.
